Een provocatieve coach pakt problemen aan op een ‘dwarse’ manier.

Zo, heb jij een puinhoop van je leven gemaakt?’,vraagt provocatieve coach Jeroen Stek grappend als eenman van in de vijftig tegenover hemop een stoel komt zitten. Deman schiet rechtop en begint te sputteren. Zijn gezicht wordt rood. ‘Een puinhoop zou ik het niet willen noemen’, zegt hij. ‘Ik heb wel een probleem. Ik ben doelgericht,maarmijn leidinggevende is als een paling in een emmer snot.’ Coach Stek gaapt. ‘Ik zie het probleemniet’, zegt hij. Nog een paar keer probeert deman in omslachtige bewoordingen uit te leggen waar hijmee zit. ‘Ik heb leiding nodig: Ik word hier niet energiek van: we zwieberen alle kanten op.’...
